Creating Structure

A frame to work in, with a clear vision to move forward

Lack of structure can make us feel unmotivated and distracted and often leads to doing everything at the last minute. Of course, flexibility is important, but structure is necessary for creating a sense of stability. This could result in a significant business development.

In my field, I can define 2 types of structure:

1) organizational structure:

  • job design/description

  • departmentation

  • delegation

  • span of control

  • chain of command.

2) mental structure

  • to understand

  • to reflect

  • self-placement

  • to create meaning

  • respect

What CTEG does for you:

I work towards a solid, comprehensive structure in which both company and employee recognize themselves.

Changes always implement friction in the beginning, I tend to be proactive here to minimize any discomfort and doubt.

Once the implementation is completed, it will result in a more positive work atmosphere, where everyone understands the goal(s), what is expected and how to get there.
