Working at various industries in more various geographical locations enriched my experience with a broad spectrum of operational and technical knowledge.

Over the last few years I've come to understand that my talents in working with people were the key to my success.
Wherever a process is asking for improvement, for more efficiency and/or for better production results, I see the opportunities. I notice that the people around that process form the anchor points in which the structure stands.

I believe that a lot more is possible when a team is strong, when communication is done correctly, when there is a structure in which the employee feels good and believes in his or her own future within the company.
During my assignment you can expect a sparring partner effect: Progress is made side by side, with frequent feedback and consultation, so no uncertainties arise or details are omitted.

Depending on what you need, my contribution can consist of coaching your people, both individually and in group, forming a structure that grows motivation and commitment, complete project management or delivering a thorough report through a series of business screening so you are more able to correctly set your focus and priorities.
